Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Porters to join the Mount Southington team to maintain cleanliness and safety of the property, performing tasks such as groundskeeping, waste disposal, and assisting with operational tasks.
Requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Perform daily groundskeeping tasks
- Take out garbage and manage waste disposal
- Assist with general operational tasks
- Support maintenance staff
- Monitor property conditions
- Ensure proper use and care of cleaning supplies and equipment
