Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to support daily bar operations and help guide the bar team during service and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, including experience in private event or banquet settings
- Strong knowledge of customer service and bar operations
- TIPS certification required (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire)
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
