Associate Director of Nursing Programs

The Associate Director of Nursing Programs supports the academic and administrative leadership of the School of Nursing at Mount St. Mary’s University with a focus on student advising, retention, and outcomes assessment.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Maryland
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in nursing education, academic advising, student support services, or assessment
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting and advancing the Catholic mission and identity of Mount St. Mary’s University
