Job Description
The Clinical Director of Nursing provides leadership and oversight for the clinical education component of the School of Nursing at Mount St. Mary’s University, coordinating high-quality clinical learning experiences and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Maryland
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in clinical instruction, clinical coordination, or nursing education
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting and advancing the Catholic mission and identity of Mount St. Mary’s University
