Job Description
We're looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team as Lead Generators! You'll work onsite at our partner retail locations, greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance & replacement.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Comfortable starting and engaging in conversation
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a smart-phone and daily access to email and text
- Retail sales experience highly preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
