Job Description
Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Discharge Planning Assistant to join our team, providing administrative and technical support to the discharge planning and utilization management teams.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Basic computer knowledge
- Effective written and oral skills
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to speak clearly and obtain necessary information from patients
- Ability to listen and seek clarification when needed
