Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator & Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations support in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check, drug screen, and MVR
