Head of People & Organization

We are a growing boutique consulting firm seeking a senior People leader to design and lead our People framework, supporting organizational growth and the business across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid, full-time role with a salary range of €60,000 – €90,000 per year.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with a proven track record in professional services, technology, or high-growth digital consulting environments.
• Active participation in scaling a People function (ideally from ~20 to 100+ employees).
• Deep understanding of the consulting business model and solid familiarity with the professional roles of the digital economy.
