We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales team for the industrial-grade sensors market. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have a fundamental role in achieving ambitious revenue growth targets of our renowned industrial sensor solutions. You will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You must be comfortable qualifying prospects and inbound leads and support the A&M sales team in closing new sales, but also focus on retaining existing customer’s relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commercial or related fields
- At least 1 year of (inside) sales experience or telemarketing in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and active listening
- Accurate administration skills: data entry, database hygiene and order processing and attention for compliance
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and virtual communication tools
- Excellent lead sourcing and prospecting skills (e.g. LinkedIn or latest AI tooling)
- Ability to identify if a lead matches the target profile and using effective closing techniques
- Advanced proficiency in English, preferably also Intermediate level of German or Spanish
- High level of resilience and adaptability, combined with good time management and prioritization
- Relationship building skillset/experience, able to prioritize and multi-task
