The CRM Manager will lead and execute the design, build, and maintenance of the MIC's Salesforce CRM database. This position is responsible for building on our initial CRM discovery with additional detailed discovery and then designing and configuring a Salesforce instance from the ground up.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience configuring Salesforce in nonprofit contexts
- Salesforce Platform Administrator or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience eliciting detailed requirements from system users
- Experience designing Salesforce features based on user requirements
- Experience developing and delivering trainings and people-centered support to stakeholders across the organization
- Understanding of user testing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively balance multiple competing priorities
- Strong time management skills
- Strong alignment with the MIC's mission, values, and culture
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a multiracial team
