Business Development Manager - Semiconductors. Develop and execute a structured business development strategy for the semiconductor vertical. Identify, prioritize, and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects. Engage directly with semiconductor customers and integrators to understand application requirements, design challenges, and long-term technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of professional experience, including: 5+ years in sales or business development, 3–5 years within the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments, including wafer fabrication equipment and facility systems
- Proven ability to build ecosystems, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sustained revenue growth
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
