Job Description
Moxa Korea is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team. As a FAE, you will act as a bridge between our sales team, product development team, and end-users to ensure successful integration of Moxa’s products and solutions.
Requirements
- Business initiative: Support Moxa Korea’s key initiative and achieve sales target and strategic objectives
- Customer Relationship: Maintain good relationships with customers by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Professional Service: Align with Moxa initiate, provide professional technical to customer, including proof-of-concept testing, system design, and on-site support
- Activity Support: To support business activities such as seminar, marketing event, roadshow and etc.
- Training: To create training material and provide technical training to customers and distributors
