CAD Layouter

Responsibilities

Design and maintenance of CAD drawings:

• Creation and revision of layouts and technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects in collaboration with engineers and architects
• Taking over layouts in existing files (floor plans, areas, equipment and audio-visual equipment) according to a predefined structure, will be carried out by you.

Coordination

Collaboration with internal and external project participants to agree and implement the planning requirements

Project Management

You accompany the projects from the first concept draft to the creation of implementable plans or visually appealing details and cuts

Documentation

Ensuring compliance with standards and ensuring the archiving of planning documents

As part of your tasks, on-site inventory will also be included, and this will require domestic travel

Requirements

You have completed your education as a CAD Layouter / Technical Drafter / Building Drafter / CAD Specialist (m/w/d) successfully or can present a similar qualification.

You bring relevant experience in layout creation in a factory planning or industrial environment

You are proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit or Bentley MicroStation in 2D and 3D, as well as MS Office.

Personality

You distinguish yourself by a quick grasp, creativity and wealth of ideas.

You work gladly in a team of engineers and external planners and have a well-developed communication ability.
