Job Description
Hentzen Coatings, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Generalist with a focus on recruitment to support the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary emphasis on talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct wage and compensation surveys to analyze market trends and ensure the organization offers competitive and equitable wage rates.
- Develop and conduct employee and management training on topics such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, FMLA, sexual harassment, etc.;
