ParkerStore Support Specialist

The ParkerStore Support Specialist provides customer service for in-store, email, and phone customers, maintaining quality standards and performing various duties to support store operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Two to three years of related work experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with customers, vendors, and employees
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to define problems and interpret technical instructions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle products up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime and support after-hour emergency calls
