The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in Kleinschmidt’s overall sales strategy and is directly involved in the growth and success of revenue. The position is responsible for working with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, generate and track leads and sales opportunities, work closely with other departments to support the sales teams as well as customers, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
