Job Description
Beast Industries is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for Feastables and other CPG endeavors, driving scalable financial practices and GAAP-compliant reporting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on accounting experience in the Food & Beverage CPG industry
- CPA required
- SOX experience preferred
- Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of accounting operations, financial controls, and systems within Food & Beverage CPG
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring and developing others
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to collaborate across functions
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar accounting systems
