As Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager, you will lead compensation and benefits across Beast Industries, owning the full lifecycle from program design to day-to-day administration. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of people strategy and business performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
- Proven track record designing and managing enterprise-level compensation programs
- Strong knowledge of pay equity principles, compensation regulations, and benefits compliance
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with global or multi-region programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
