Job Description
As Head of Viral Marketing (Products & Services), you will define how attention becomes action and lead the Viral Marketing function for MrBeast consumer products, services, and brand partners.
Requirements
- 10 or more years leading marketing, growth, or integrated marketing functions with direct accountability for business outcomes
- Proven track record of turning cultural attention into sign-ups, usage, revenue, and repeat engagement
- Strong commercial judgment across multiple business models
- Deep understanding of how social and viral mechanics influence behavior across the full customer lifecycle
- Experience building and scaling teams, systems, and processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
