Job Description
Beast Industries is seeking a VP of Strategic Brand Partnerships, Gaming to build and scale MrBeast's gaming-focused brand partnership business.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, integrated media sales, or business development with deep specialization in gaming, esports, interactive entertainment, or platform ecosystems.
- Proven track record selling large-scale brand marketing programs within gaming.
- Demonstrated experience developing joint IP with brands, publishers, or platforms.
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including game publishers and platforms, competitive and esports formats, livestreaming and VOD dynamics, gaming communities and creator economies, and endemic vs. non-endemic advertiser strategies.
