Job Description
The Associate Attorney will report directly to the Managing Partner of Foreclosure South. The right candidate must be licensed and in good standing in the State of Georgia and should have a minimum of two (2) years as a practicing attorney. New graduates or recently licensed candidates will not be considered.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Law License
- Requires membership and good standing with the Georgia State Bar
- Minimum 2 years of related real estate and title review/curative
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws
- Knowledge of Georgia Title Standards Preferred
