Job Description
The Associate Attorney will report directly to the Managing Partner of Foreclosure South, focusing on title review and title curative responsibilities, as well as nonjudicial foreclosure tasks.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing in the State of Alabama
- Minimum of two (2) years as a practicing attorney
- Experience in real estate law and title review/clearance is required
- Ability to navigate through jurisdictional requirements, as well as title standards
