Job Description
The Associate Attorney will report directly to the Managing Partner of Foreclosure South and focus on title review, title curative responsibilities, and nonjudicial foreclosure tasks. The right candidate must be licensed and in good standing in the State of Alabama and have a minimum of two (2) years as a practicing attorney.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing in the State of Alabama
- Minimum 2 years of related real estate and title review/curative
- Juris Doctor
- Active Alabama Law License
- Requires membership and good standing with the Alabama State Bar
