
Job description
The Onboarding Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational needs of prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders across several key functions, including new client onboarding, data management, and the administration of user access within the Private i and Total Plan platforms.
Configure and maintain client-specific data, provide client support, deliver operational support to internal users, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
A client-centric mindset, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset are required for this role.
