The Lead, HPV & Vaccines Consumer Marketing is responsible for leading a senior consumer marketing organization to drive end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance for the HPV franchise, while also owning media and social capabilities that support consumer campaigns across the wider vaccines and priority product portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Significant marketing experience, including at least 2 years as a Marketing Manager with people leadership and business responsibility.
- Proven experience leading consumer marketing and media capabilities.
- Experience in multinational organizations; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
- Functional & Leadership Competencies: Deep expertise in consumer marketing strategy, media, and omnichannel execution, Strong understanding of healthcare systems, HCP engagement, and institutional (HCO) dynamics, Demonstrated enterprise mindset with the ability to work across brands, functions, and priorities, Strong collaboration and influence skills, particularly in matrix environments, Proven people leadership with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making capability, High ethical standards with a strong compliance orientation, Effective English communication skills.
