Event Security Supervisor

The MSG Security Supervisor will provide exceptional guest experience throughout MSG’s venues as it relates to event or building security. The role will focus on supervising building and event security officers, leading and developing front line colleagues, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in the security, law enforcement, or military field
• Previous security experience required
• Knowledge of events, sports, and theatre operations within an entertainment venue
• Ability to communicate effectively and mobilize key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience completing reports and documenting staff performance
• Ability to engage and develop collaborative relationships and influence within team and across functions
