Lead Representative Employee Service Center for Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. responsible for providing high-quality service delivery, managing a team of Employee Service Center Representatives, and supporting HR functions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a call center, HR, or employee services environment
- Knowledge of event driven operations, including time & attendance, payroll, onboarding, and compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
