Job Description
The Executive Director is responsible for leading the care and quality of services within a specific location. This role involves overseeing policies and procedures, department management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. It requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Maintain a valid Driver's license or state ID
- Successful Completion of a drug screening
- Background results within company standards
- Minimum of a HS diploma or have obtained an undergraduate or graduate degree in related field
- Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first 30 days of employment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
