The Executive Director is accountable for guiding operations to achieve key performance indicator goals and ensures that the program delivers high-quality care and remains compliant with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social welfare, or gerontology, or relevant field experience
• Minimum of five years of experience developing and managing highly successful programs for vulnerable seniors
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program
