Unrestricted, active substance abuse certification or license, valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
Part-time Nurse Practitioner
Graduation from an accredited program and current licensure in New Mexico as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant required. 2-5 years experience recommended
Substance Abuse Counselor I
High school degree, Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) registration, or CCJP-A certification, valid driver’s license in Texas
Substance Abuse Specialist
Active substance abuse license, experience working with youth, excellent communication skills
Substance Abuse Counselor II
High school degree, 2 years experience, LCDC or CCJP license
Substance Abuse Counselor I
High school degree, current LCDC-I registration, valid driver’s license, and completion of Correctional Awareness Training required
Student Intern, Food Services
Some education or training in food preparation, 90 days on center, aptitude for cafeteria-type duties
Instructor, Trade Substitute
Substitute teaching certification/license, 2 years of experience, valid driver license
Nurse Practitioner
Graduation from an accredited program and current licensure in the state of Texas as a nurse practitioner, with two to five years of experience in a correctional environment or emergency medicine preferred
Counselor III
Master's degree in counseling, social work, mental health, substance abuse counseling or associated field, 4 years related experience, valid driver's license in the state of Texas
