Job Description
FCI Advisors is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with Trust Investment Solutions clients, serving community bank trust departments and independent trust companies. The role involves providing fiduciary-quality investment solutions, white-glove supporting services, and maintaining existing and new client relationships. Success is measured by client retention and sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10+ years of relationship management experience in the financial services industry
- Extensive investment knowledge
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM-related software
