Job Description
We are hiring a substance abuse counselor to provide hope, support, and second chances to individuals in our community. The counselor will implement and maintain an effective alcohol and drug abuse program, provide training and networking with community resources, and conduct substance abuse and cognitive behavioral classes for inmates and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, criminology or related field
- Two years of substance abuse treatment experience preferred
- Valid driver's license in the state of Florida with an acceptable driving record required
