- Provides substance abuse counseling and recovery skills training
- Maintains a Therapeutic Community (TC) within the facility
- Interviews and screens offenders for potential program participation
- Provides a comprehensive evaluation of offenders' recovery needs
- Maintains offender records and other records regarding services provided
- Implements follow-up and after care plans for offenders
