Job Description
As an EHS Specialist, you’ll be part of our Environmental Health & Safety team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to work with the workers’ compensation provider to assist with the administration of WC claims process, provide industrial athletic and ergonomic training, manage and administer employee health programs and health testing, and more.
Requirements
- A bachelor's, Associates, or certifications in a related field of study is required.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in EHS capacity.
- Certified in 1st Aid, CPR & AED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal, State & Local Environmental Health & Safety/OSHA Regulations.
- Ability to develop, implement, and measure safety training and effectiveness.
- Ability to work with Computers—proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Smartsheet.
