Job Description
MTM is seeking a Dispatcher to join their growing team. The Dispatcher is responsible for the day-to-day routing of third-party transportation vendors and trip operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and on-time performance. This role is based in Norton, VA and requires a high school diploma, 6 months of customer service experience, and skills in computer applications, scheduling software, and data analysis.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Skilled in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete work in a timely manner
