Requirements

• Completed education or comparable qualification
• Experience in customer service or a similar position is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in word and writing
• High service orientation and friendly appearance
• Good IT knowledge, especially in MS Office
• Ability to work efficiently and precisely in a fast-paced environment
• Team ability and flexibility
