Job Description
Experience something Brilliantly Different with a career at MUFG Investor Services. As an Associate, Client Trade Operations, you will prepare and validate trading documentation, compile and review AML/KYC due-diligence packages, and process custody trade settlements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance, accounting, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience working in the fund administration industry with exposure to Client Delivery, Investor Delivery and/or AML/KYC processes
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Excel and Adobe PDF
- Working knowledge of SWIFT, including Securities and Payment Swift messages, and experience processing wires is beneficial but not required
- Qualities such as attention to detail and being organized are essential
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines, in a dynamic work environment
- Effective communication skills are required
