Associate, Genesis, Client Trade Operations

MUFG Investor Services is seeking an Associate to join their Client Trade Operations team. The role involves preparing and validating trading documentation, compiling AML/KYC due-diligence packages, and processing custody trade settlements. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounting, or a related field and experience in fund administration, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance, accounting, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience working in the fund administration industry with exposure to Client Delivery, Investor Delivery and/or AML/KYC processes
• An understanding of fund services practices, such as fund order execution and settlements, various fund structures, fund documentation, investor account opening, and AML/FATCA requirements
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Excel and Adobe PDF
• Effective communication skills
