As a People Learning Partner at Mukuru, you'll shape how our people learn, develop, and succeed. You'll design learning that makes an impact and enable growth at scale, driving performance across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a learning & development / training environment
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end training programmes
• Strong understanding of training methodologies, assessments, and learning frameworks
• Experience with skills gap analysis and training needs analysis
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
