Engineering Team Leader

We're recruiting an Engineering Team Leader to join our Severnside Dairy in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance delivery, driving continuous improvement, and developing engineering capability across the site.

Requirements

• Completed engineering apprenticeship
• Strong hands-on engineering background within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proven experience leading people and/or contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
