Praktikum Forschung und Entwicklung Milk & Whey Ingredients

We are looking for a research and development intern to support the development and optimization of processes for the production of functional ingredients for baby food, sports nutrition, and various foodstuffs. As an intern, you will conduct independent small-scale experiments, support experiments in laboratories and workshops, and gain insights into internal procurement and provision of raw materials.

Requirements

• studying food technology, process engineering, food chemistry, or a comparable subject
• at least 6 months of time available
• ideally gained initial practical experience in the food processing industry
