Requirements

• Support the daily production plan and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Operate within legal compliance and company procedures.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and waste reduction strategies.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and site performance targets.
• Practice a ‘Clean As You Go’ approach and uphold our 5S workplace standards.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental management systems.
