Schichtführer / Schichtmeister Produktion (m/w/d)

As a Shift Leader / Shift Manager Production, you will organize and lead employees in a production setting, ensuring smooth cooperation and adherence to delivery capabilities, quality, and safety regulations. You will also represent production and factory management in their absence and conduct process controls, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the decoration or plastics processing industry, ideally with further training as a master or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience at production plants and initial leadership responsibilities
• Fluent German language skills in word and writing
• Well-developed technical understanding and familiarity with SAP and MS Office
• Leadership strength and assertiveness, as well as empathy and commitment
