Schichtmeister Produktion (w/m/d)

We are seeking a Production Shift Manager (m/f/d) to support the Production department at MEG Roßbach GmbH in Roßbach, DE. Responsibilities include leadership, motivation, and development of the team, operation of equipment, and monitoring of energy efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed master's certification (Plastics/Rubber branch) or equivalent technical qualification
• Several years of work experience in a technical production environment, preferably in the food or packaging industry
• In-depth application technical knowledge in injection molding technology
• Documented experience in leading teams (e.g. as shift leader or foreman)
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and structured, independent working style
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system (early, late, and night shifts)
