Job Description
Join our regional family-owned business and internationally growing food conglomerate as a Shift Manager in Rogätz. You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring processes in production, ensuring a smooth manufacturing and filling process, and optimizing productivity while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- Completed education in the food sector and/or further education as an industrial master (m/w/d) or similar
- Extensive practical experience in production
- Communicative and goal-oriented person with organizational talent
- High level of engagement, willingness to act, and assertiveness combined with leadership skills
- Ability to work in a three-shift operation
