Estimator, Civil Construction- U.S. Only

We are a full-service, Site Development Contractor that works throughout the Mid- Atlantic Region, and we are growing our clientele. We have a full-time, long term opportunity for a Civil Estimator to join our team of professionals.

Requirements

• Complete take offs using Trimble Business Center – HCE
• Evaluate site access and conditions and propose production levels for proposals
• Manage take-off and bidding process for small site package opportunities
• Manage take-off and bidding process for Green Infrastructure (Stormwater) installation projects
• Prepare proposal for review and build proposal folder with backup related to project
• Identify scope of work and assumptions and exclusions proposal is based off of
• Submit and follow up on status of proposals submitted to clients
• For proposals won, hand off project and proposal to Operations Team for successful project completion
