SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead

Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead to join our team. As a global Tech consulting firm specializing in Tech Outsourcing, Managed Services, SAP implementation & Support, and Global Tech Recruitment, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions and empowering businesses to optimize operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience implementing and leading SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong knowledge of at least two SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.
• Experience in managing or leading a team of consultants.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
