SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead

Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead to lead and oversee the implementation projects of the SuccessFactors suite for clients, delivering successful and high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience implementing and leading SuccessFactors projects
• Strong knowledge of at least two SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc
• Experience in managing or leading a team of consultants
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
