SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead

Müller's Solutions seeks a highly skilled SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead to lead and oversee implementation projects of the SuccessFactors suite for clients, providing expertise, guidance, and mentorship to the project team, and collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience implementing and leading SuccessFactors projects
• Strong knowledge of at least two SuccessFactors modules
• Experience in managing or leading a team of consultants
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
