IT Support Engineer responsible for ensuring all computers are usable, connected to the network, and functioning normally. Troubleshoot hardware-related issues, network disruptions, and system accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Education
• Minimum 2-year experience as IT
• Proficiency with Microsoft environments
• Basic English skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of programming language concepts
• Practical understanding of computer networking principles and security
• Practical understanding of the principles of switches, routers, and hubs
• Capability to assemble and troubleshoot computer and server installations
• Troubleshooting Windows, Windows Server, MS Office and Azure
